The High-Rise
A skyscraper hollowed for the sky.
The tallest tower in town, with the sky inside.
A canyon of light, a hundred floors high.

The hour
Midnight, and first light
The same spot, twice. Take hold of the line and change the hour.

Today
The same ground, built right
The tallest tower downtown, emptied, as it is now, and as it could be. Pull today aside.

The wall label
The tallest building downtown is a hundred floors of offices that nobody fills any more. Here it is hollowed: the machines take the floors around the old core, where a windowless room is what an office tower’s heart already was, and the middle is emptied from the ground to the crown and opened to the sky. Inside, a canyon of light a hundred floors high: terraces and gardens stepping up every wall, bridges across the void, gliders and lanterns in the air, the city through the glass. At midnight the sky is in the building.
A hundred floors of open air: terraces, gardens, bridges and the sky itself, inside.
Imagined with AI · a proposal, not a planned project. The ground and the megawatts are the proposal’s own.
